The Convergent lady beetle is one of the most common lady beetles in North America and is found from souther Canada to South America. Adults and larvae feed mainly on aphids.

Adults

Adult convergent lady beetles have white lines that converge (hence its name) behind the head. They may have a full complement of 13 black spots on red forewings. They may also have fewer spots.
